Regulations

No dogs on beach.
No sleeping or loitering on beach from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
No skateboarding on sidewalk or boardwalk.
No glass containers or alcohol permitted on beach.
No changing of clothes in comfort stations, vehicles or public places.
No open fires on beach.
No surfing or fishing east of Surf Avenue where lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except north of Henlopen Hotel for distance of 500 feet.
