• No loitering or sleeping on beach between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.
  
  
• No alcohol is allowed on beach or boardwalk.
  
  
• No changing clothes in comfort stations, vehicles or public places.
  
  
• No dogs allowed on the beach or boardwalk between April 1 and Oct. 1.
  
  
• No glass containers or fires permitted on the beach.
  
  
• Surfing permitted only in designated areas north of Ocean View Parkway from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. till 8:30 p.m. through Sept. 30.
  
  
• Parking permits available for property owners only at the Bethany Beach Town Hall, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.
