The Bethany Arms Motel and Apartments consists of five buildings. Two of them, Buildings D and E, are oceanfront. Buildings A and B front Atlantic Avenue and Building C offers a partial ocean view from a number of its rooms. Buildings B, C, D and E contain the efficiency apartments. Buildings C and D include two double beds, a double sleep sofa in living area, private balcony, full bath and kitchen. Building E includes a bedroom area with a Queen Bed, full bath, living area with queen sofa, kitchenette and private balcony. Linens and daily maid service (except dishes) are also included. Building E also has two new handicap accessible rooms available, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. All units include air conditioning, color CATV, and telephone.
