South Bethany Parking Regulations
South Bethany requires all full-time and part-time residents to have a parking
permit tag on all cars parked on the streets (cars in driveways are not affected).
Police will fine and tow if a car is found in violation. Our office has two
tags available for each South Bethany rental property. These permits are used
the entire summer season.
Therefore a deposit is collected by our office on the day of arrival in South
Bethany. Your deposit will be refunded provided the tags are returned to us
on the morning of your departure.

In order to tailor your rental to your needs, you must contact your rental specialist
for complete details, prices and availability.
- Prices indicate a range only.
- All properties are individually owned; therefore, rates may
vary.
- Rental rates are based on preseason, season & after-season
rates.
- Once a reservation is taken over the phone, lease will be
mailed and must be returned within 10 days with a 50% deposit or your
reservation will be canceled.
- Personal checks for the deposit
are accepted with reservations made at least 30 days in advance.
- With less than 30 days reservation or for the balance,
cashiers check, travelers checks, money order or cash can be accepted.
- NO PETS ALLOWED in our
rental properties.
