Dewey Beach Vacation Home Rentals

Rental information, though accurate, may represent incomplete data. In order to tailor your rental to your needs, you must contact your rental specialist for complete details, price updates and availability.

Prices indicate a range only and all rates are subject to change.
Rates posted are based on weekly and seasonal rentals.
All properties are individually owned; therefore, rates may vary.
Rental price ranges are based on preseason, season & after-season rates and will vary from property to property. July & August weeks are considered the peak weeks and rental rates will be at the highest. (Rates are subject to change).
Once a reservation is taken over the phone, lease will be mailed and must be returned within 10 days with a 50% deposit or your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Personal checks for the deposit and balance are accepted with reservations made at least 30 days in advance.
With less than 30 days reservation, cashiers check, travelers checks, money order or cash will be accepted and payment is required in full. We do not take credit cards.
NO PETS ALLOWED in our rental properties.
Security Deposit/Damages:
A security deposit will be included in the terms of your lease. This amount may vary from property to property. Your security deposit should be returned within 14 days at the termination of your lease if there have been no problems reported or descrepancies between the owner/cleaning services and Crowley Associates . Damages and/or neglect to the property you have rented will be your responsibility. If there is a discrepancy or problem, the return of your security deposit may be delayed indefinitely for the time it takes to rectify the situation. You will be responsible for any costs above and beyond your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Written notification is required by the signing tenant in order to 'release' the existing lease agreement back to Crowley Associates Realty Company in an effort to rerent. We will make any 'reasonable' attempt to rerent the property. If we are unable to rerent the week and the property that you have reserved, and you have returned a signed lease agreement along with a deposit, you will be held responsible for payment in full. If we are able to rerent the property, you will be responsible for a 15% penalty of the 'total' rental amount and a refund check for the balance will be sent to you once the new rental is secured and payment has been received in full.
