Location: Downtown Bethany Beach The parade starts at 12 noon at Garfield Parkway and N. Pennsylvania Avenue, the Christian Church grounds, and lasts approximately 1-1/2 hours. The theme of this year’s parade is “PRIDE TRADITION AND DEDICATION,” honoring the Bethany Beach Patrol.
