Restaurants, chefs and amateur bakers are getting ready for the legendary Downtown Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival. The 22nd Annual Chocolate Festival will be held March 3rd at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center and never before will you see so much chocolate in one place!
