Historic museum offers a glimpse into Ocean City’s past with exhibits of shipwrecks & rescues. New exhibit, “The Boardwalk of Yesterday,” will call to mind a simpler time & evoke memories of years past. Other displays include bathing fashions, mermaid displays, sands from around the world, marine aquariums & “Davy Jones” locker. Unique gift shop with interesting selection of nautical gifts & books. Art League of Ocean City Exhibit & Receptions

OC Beach & Boardwalk
The popular OC Air Show returns for its second year. This new event was a huge success in its inaugural year & is back even bigger! Show central will be located at 16th Street on the Boardwalk. The OC Air Show features a dazzling line up of military aircraft demonstrations, civilian aerobatic performers & close formation flying teams. Schedules will become available as the date nears. Friday the rehearsal day with shows on Sat. & Sun., from noon to 3 p.m. Spectators can see the show free of charge, but VIP seating is also available. www.ocairshow.com

Family event designed for amateur sand sculptors who compete for prizes including the Golden Trowel Award, while raising money for the OC Parrothead Club & their charity, Play It Safe. Events include a professional showcase, free reception for registered participants & music throughout the event.
