15th Annual Sea Witch Halloween & Fiddlers' Festival October 29-31, 2004 Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, Delaware Click here for more information from the Rehoboth - Dewey Chamber Of Commerce The annual Sea Witch Halloween and Fiddlers Festival has been scheduled for Oct. 29-31, 2004, in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, Delaware. Events run from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. The festival, sponsored by the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce, features the Sea Witch Parade and Costume Contest. Other highlights include a Fiddlers Contest with prizes awarded in Banjo, Fiddle, and Bluegrass categories, the Sea Witch Cottage and Heritage Craft Shows at the Rehoboth Outlets and Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, and a Best Costumed Pet Contest for Dogs, Cats, and Other Pets.
