Offshore: Vince Luciani and Doug and Mike Schaub chunked up a 50" Bluefin at Massey's Canyon. Andy,Gene and Jesse Dively boated a 63Lb Bluefin. Captain Steve aboard the Pandemonium fished east of the Hot Dog at the 50 Fathom line and boated longfin tuna. At the Hambone he boated a 20 Lb Dolphin and yellowfin Tuna. Pole Position reported Yellowfin Tuna up to 50Lbs at the Hambone. Mark Hopkins aboard the Mystic Magic trolled a zuker and Ballyhoo at the Pooremans Canyon boating a 52-1/2 Lb Yellowfin. A 55-1/2" Wahoo was brought to the scales by Jeff Hess caught at the De. Lightship on a green machine. Sea Bass and Flounder continue to hit southeast of "B" buoy. Boats are reporting nice catches of trout,Croaker and Flounder closer to shore.
Delaware Bay: Captain Les Clemmer reported that the bay fishing was productive this week with nice catches of Flounder, Croaker and Sea Bass at "A" Buoy andthe Anchorage; Trout at the Shears and Outer Wall.
Broadkill: Steve Scarfo caught 9 trout up to 4Lbs. on live peelers and live spot. Spot and croaker are hitting Bloodworms at the pier at Cape Henlopen.
Surf:Walter Bunting caught an 8-1/2' sandbar shark while surf fishing at 3 R's Road on a live spot. Small bluefish are also being caught on the surf and at the inlet.
Indian River: Don Halverson had a good week at the inlet, he landed several trout up to 6.8Lbs. and a striper up to 30" slinging live eels. Brian Elliott nailed 3 trout and 4 stripers up to 35" on Orange Belly Mega Baits. Jetty Anglers reported good catches of stripers on eels and plugs drifting the inlet. Butch Emmert boated a 6Lb trout on live spot. Indian River bay is producing nice size flounder.
