Offshore: Big Blue Marlin were reported while trolling the Hambone and the 30 line. Tuna action was also hot. Paul Mangini caught a 75Lb bluefin chunking at the hambone. Pole Position had a Marlin up and boated a bluefin tuna. Mike Fleming trolled ballyhoo at the chicken bone and boated king mackerel and dolphin. Andy Dively checked in with reports of tuna at Massey's Canyon. Charterboats at the hot dog reported nice yellowfin action. At "A" buoy bottom bouncers are still picking up sea bass with flounder mixed in. Wayne Thomas weighed in a 1.94 Lb Sea Bass caught on squid south of "B" buoy.
Delaware Bay: According to Captain Les, Croaker, Flounder and shark fishing has been excellent in the De. Bay at the shears,Broadkill sough and the anchorage. Scott Fink and family caught lots of croaker and keeper flounder at the shears.
Surf: Terry Hann fished with fresh spot and caught flounder on the surf at Rehoboth Beach. Croaker, Spot and Kingfish are being caught on Bloodworms. Bill and Tori Weiss caught blues at 3 R's Road on cut mullet.
Indian River: The Indian River inlet continues to be productive for stripers, Chuck Cook and Brian Elliott nailed 7 stripers up to 38" on Bombers,Eels and mirro lures. Steve "Striperkiller" Kiibler brought an 18-1/2 Lb striper to the scales caught on an eel. Tip Top Van reported a keeper striper and a 7 Lb Trout. Kerry Lodish and Norman Waven brought stripers in on eels. Boats drifting the Indian River bay from Massey's Ditch to the inlet are picking up flounder, Spot and Croaker on squid , Minnows and Bloodworms.
