Offshore: Yellowfin tuna have been taken while chunking at the Hambone. Jeff and Gary Hinderer caught 6 yellowfin up to 50 Lbs. Captain Steve aboard the pandemonium boated 7 yellowfin up to 80 Lbs and 2 dolphin . The Hot Dog was another hot spot as Jeff Turner and crew chunked up 6 yellowfin. Boats are reporting bluefin tuna at Massey's Canyon. Take notice to the new bluefin tuna regs, as of Sept 1st we will be able to retain 2Ý school and two large or small medium school per boat per day until Oct 15th. Thats 2 between 27" and 47" and 2 between 47" and 73". Trolling southeast of the lightship King Mackerel, Dolphin, Bonita and False Albacore are hitting Feathers, Spoons and Cedar Plugs. Good numbers of Croaker, Sea Bass and Flounder are hitting squid,Minnows and shiners for inshore bottom bouncers with some of the flounder and sea bass up to 4Lbs. South of 'A' Buoy. Nice Tau Tog are being taken >from Ocean wrecks on Green crabs and sand fleas, Trigger fish are hitting sand fleas and squid. Longfin tuna are reported in good sizes at the Wilmington and the Poormans Canyons.

Delaware Bay: Anglers are catching their limits of flounder in 60' of water at 'A' buoy and the anchorage on squid soaked in shedder oil. Crazy Dave brought a 5-1/2 Lb flounder to the scales taken from 9 and 10 buoy on squid and minnows. Croaker are still in good numbers.

Broadkill: Anglers are still catching trout at the broadkill and roosevelt inlet on live peelers.

Indian River: Jack Segrin boated an 18-1/2" flounder drifting the Indian River Bay. Live Spot is producing trout and stripers in the inlet and off shore the flounder are hitting them. Boaters are catching Blowfish, Spot and small flounder with bloodworms, Squid and minnows. Ý Don Halverson fished live eels and landed a 6.3Lb trout and a 29" striper at the Indian River Inlet. Kerry Lodish and Parker Atwood also caught a lot of undersized stripers and trout on rigged eels and plugs.

Fresh Water: Marshall Brown, 5 years old, weighed in a 1.19 Lb bluegill caught on a nightcrawler taken from Diamond Pond.
