Offshore: Chunking at the Hambone produced 35Lb and 52 Lb Yellowfin for Randy and Andy Lieberman. Mike Fleming trolled a spreader bar at the Chicken Bone boating a 20 Lb Dolphin. Roger Williamson released a whiote marlin trolling at the hot dog and boated a bluefin and yellowfin while chunking. Andy Dively chunked up a 15Lb dolphin at Massey's Canyon and an 8Lb Dolphin trolling. Susie B reported catching a 157 Lb bluefin while chunk drifting at Massey's. Jim Helwig boated a 66-1/4Lb bluefin chunking also at Massey's. Ocean wreck fishing was excellent for Frank Tier, Todd Sauer, Steve Rau and Jeff Andrews who brought a 9.2oz Tog to the scales. They all caught their limit of tog with some triggerfish mixed in. B buoy continues to produce sea bass and flounder.
Delaware Bay: Large trout are chomping peeler crabs at the broadkill. Josh Schmidt caught a 6.04Lb weakie at the Roosevelt Inlet on peelers. Bill and Mike heydt and Jeff Fick had good flounder action at the Cape Shores pier on Fin S jigs. Croaker and spot are hitting bloodworms at the pier at Cape Henlopen. Anglers reported good flounder fishing at the anchorage on squid and minnows. Croaker are taking squid at the broadkill slough.
Surf: Cut Mullet is being used for small blues on the surf at 3R's rd. Kingfish are hitting bloodworms.
Rehoboth Bay: Blowfish, Spot and croakers are being caught in the rehobotgh bay on bloodworms.
Indian River: Carnine Seura boated a 4lb 12oz flattie while drifting a peeler crab in the indian river bay. Blues , Trout and croaker are hitting squid and minnows. Citation stripers are hitting eels from the jetty at the Indian River Inlet. Weigh ins this week include Parker Atwood with a 21-3/4 Lbr, Scott Dickson a 22.53 lb, Tip Top Van a 20.27 Lbr all caought on the incoming tide. Jesse Goodyear caught his limit of keepers on eels. Tom Krew landed an 8lb red drum on a black bomber.
