Well, it's been a while since my last report, and I thought it was time to put up something -- good or bad!
Well, I'm happy to say it's NOT bad.
Mackeral are being caught by the netters off of Ocean City Maryland and a few Stripers have been caught near the mouth of Delaware Bay.
Water temperatures are holding around 43.5 degrees, but need to get to 46 or more for the fishing to really start to turn on.
If you're planning to do a spring trip for mack's or striper's, NOW is the time to contact a Capt. and schedule your trip.
Weekday's usually aren't a problem. The weekends are -- only so many Saturdays and Sundays in a month, and the window of opportunity lasts only a few weeks, then the fish have moved on.
