In the Delaware Bay, a party on the Miss Kristen kept a 15-pound Striper caught at 8A and 8B Buoys on live eels. Another Miss Kristen trip bagged the limit of Tautog at the Outer Wall.

In the Roosevelt Inlet, fishermen have reported catches of Trout on peeler crabs.

And in the Indian River Inlet, action picked up noticeably as the weather improved this week. Rob Kliner caught a 5.25- and a 3.5-pound Tautog on sand fleas and green crabs, Keith and Bill Newcomer caught their limits of 'Tog on green crabs, and Ron Harper weighed in a 3.5-pound Tog taken on green crabs. Bluefish have been caught on mullet and Stripers on live eels and bucktails.

In fresh water, Keith and Bill Newcomer fished Burton's Pond and came back with 50 Pickerel and 4 Largemouth Bass on mepps, spinners and maws shad raps. At Silver Lake in Rehoboth Beach, Angel Chase caught a citation Crappie on minnows. Remember -- you need a Delaware Fresh Water Fishing License to fish bodies of fresh water.
