Spring Restaurant Week

April 28, 2019 - May 11, 2019

During Spring Restaurant Week, many Ocean City businesses will be offering special discounts!

Many spectacular restaurants create special, fixed-price menus designed to tempt your taste buds. No passes, tickets, or coupons are required. Simply choose a participating restaurant and dine out!

Each year, Springfest brings amazing headliners to the stage - buy your tickets at the Ocean City Convention Center Box Office or online at Ticketmaster. Disclaimer: is a resale market and not the primary provider of the tickets. Ticket prices may be higher than face value.


Springfest celebrates arrival of spring and the upcoming summer season. Join us under the four huge big-top tents located in the Inlet Lot at the south end of Ocean City's famous Boardwalk, for a little fun in the sun at one of Maryland's top Spring events.

  • Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Beachfest Volleyball Festival

May 11-12, 2019

Head down the shore for our Beachfest volleyball tournament hosted at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center.

This tournament originated in Ocean City, MD with 40 teams and has exploded in popularity over the past four years growing to 224 teams in 2018!! Expanding to Salisbury and Snow Hill to accommodate the popularity, we try and keep our Ocean City roots in mind by allowing each team to play in Ocean City one of the two days.

Fight the Bite 5K Run/Walk

May 11, 2019

Fight the Bite 5K Run/Walk is a fundraising event providing information and prevention on Lyme Disease while educating the public about the short and long term effects of an illness that is endemic in Worcester County.

Admission Fee for Timed Event & Long Sleeve Event Shirt: $35

The beauty of country music is its ability to reflect the lives of its listeners, and few artists have celebrated life’s challenges and triumphs with more heartfelt eloquence than Joe Diffie.

Opening for Joe Diffie will be none other that Maryland Native and viral sensation Jackson Dean! Winner of the Maryland Music Award for Best Songwriter and Best New Breakout Artist Jackson recently gained recognition for his rendition of the National Anthem. His new album will release Spring 2019.

29th Annual Cruisin' OC

May 16-19, 2019

The 29th Annual Cruisin will feature over 2,000 Hot Rods, Customs, Classics, and Trucks participating in events at the OC Convention Center, Inlet Parking Lot, US 13 Dragway, and various car shows throughout town.


  • $10/day Thursday & Sunday
  • $15/day Friday & Saturday
  • $35/Weekend Pass
  • Children under 14 are free with an adult.

International Museum Day

In honor of International Museum Day, the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum will be holding an Open House from 10AM-5PM. There will be free admission for all and discounts in the Museum Store

The worldwide community of museums will celebrate International Museum Day on May 18, 2019. Participation in International Museum Day is growing among museums all over the world. In 2018, more than 40,000 museums participated in the event in some 158 countries.

ICOM selects each year a theme that is at the heart of the concerns of society. 2019 will focus on “Museums as Cultural Hubs: The future of tradition”.

Play It Safe

May 29, 2019 - June 14, 2019

Town-wide program for 2019 high school graduates, featuring karaoke, volleyball, dodgeball, kayaking, mini golf, paddleboarding and more.
