Delaware Beach & Ocean City, Maryland charter boats and headboats leave daily in season starting at 5 a.m. and return early in the afternoon after a day seeking mako sharks, wahoo and billfish, among others. Headboats operate on a first-come, first-served basis while smaller charter fishing boats take reservations well in advance.
